Register and receive a unique code (for example ABC), which must be added to our warehouse addresses, see sample pic! Add this code when checking out.
Once the parcel arrives in our warehouse, our staff knows that it belongs to you based on the code.

This Code is country independent and is applicable for all future orders and given out only once!

IMPORTANT: If you do not add this code to the address, shipping delays will occur!

Beware of following customs restrictions while shopping:

-Parfumes, weapons, drugs, pornographic material, Aerosols in pressurized containers are forbidden

-fresh meat, cheese and vegetables are prohibited

-more than 1l alcohol incurs taxes

-more than 6 vitamin packages incurs taxes

-more than 5kg baby formula incurs taxes

-we are not liable for items which requires cooling in summer (for ex. chocolate), we do not provide cooling transportation

We assume, that each shop sends one parcel. So if not informed by you and for example you order from 2 different shops, we will send out the order automatically once 2 parcels arrive. It is your responsibility to let us know how many parcels will be expected BEFORE they arrive, by checking the number of tracking numbers! Otherwise additional shipping cost might occur, if additional parcels arrive, AFTER we sent out your order. (Amazon for example often send out several parcels for one order!)

After receiving your order(s), we will check its weight and send you an email with a payment link and all cost information, to comfortably pay online.

The shipping takes between 3-6 working days.
