Terms of Use

1. Introduction
Welcome to Shippido Co. Ltd. ("Shippido," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, mobile application, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. User Registration and Unique Code
2.1. To use our Services, you must register and create an account. During registration, you will receive a unique code.

2.2. You must apply this unique code to the warehouse address of our partner companies when shopping at international online stores such as Walmart, Tesco, dm.de, and others. The unique code can be used for any country and shop we support.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and unique code and for all activities that occur under your account. Friends and family may use your code to send items to you as long as they include the correct recipient address.

3. Service Availability
3.1. The availability of our services depends on the specific country-to-country pairing. We regularly update the list of supported countries in the "SHIP TO" section on our website.

3.2. We do not offer shipping from all countries to all countries. Each market combination is evaluated individually to secure the best shipping rates and comply with local regulations. Check the "SHIP TO" section for the most current list of available shipping destinations.

4. Tax-Free Limits and Customs Regulations
4.1. Tax-free limits, customs fees, and other regulations are country-specific. Customers are advised to refer to the "SHIP TO" section for detailed information on restrictions, tax-free limits, and other limitations applicable to their destination country.

4.2. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes when contacted by customs authorities. We recommend staying below the tax-free limit to avoid additional charges.

4.3. Restricted items and customs limitations vary by country. Please consult the "SHIP TO" section for information specific to your destination.

5. Payment Process
5.1. Upon arrival of your items at our warehouse, you will receive a payment email detailing the shipping charges. Payment must be made before the items are shipped to your address.

5.2. The cost of our services is country-dependent. Customers should refer to the "SHIP TO" section for a detailed cost overview specific to their country pairing. We are transparent with our pricing and do not hide any fees.

6. Shipping and Insurance
6.1. Shippido collaborates with partner companies to ship items via established logistics networks. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and fast delivery times.

6.2. Customers may choose to purchase additional shipping insurance to cover transport-related damages. If insurance is not purchased, Shippido is not liable for any damages incurred during shipping.

6.3. If your package is sent out but not delivered, we will initiate an investigation with the logistics company. Refunds may be provided by the logistics company, but in many cases, the parcel will arrive a few days later.

7. Order Submission and Parcel Information
7.1. After making a shopping order at any supported online shop, you must forward the order details to us via email and log in to your account to insert the number of expected parcels, based on the tracking numbers provided by the shop.

7.2. The information about the number of parcels is crucial for our warehouse operations. If you provide an incorrect number of parcels and additional parcels arrive later, these will be shipped as separate parcels, incurring separate shipping costs, which you will be responsible for. Shippido is not liable for any additional costs resulting from incorrect parcel information provided by you.

8. Inspection Services
8.1. You may opt for additional inspection services at our warehouse to check for wrong items before dispatch. This service incurs an additional handling cost.

8.2. If you do not choose this service, Shippido is not responsible for mistakes made by suppliers or shops. However, if you opted for inspection and issues are found, we can handle the return process on your behalf.

9. Responsibility for Shopping Issues
9.1. Shippido is not responsible for any issues, including but not limited to product defects, delivery delays, or any other problems arising from purchases made at international online stores. All purchase-related inquiries must be directed to the respective store.

9.2. Customers are responsible for providing the correct number of incoming parcels in their order before they arrive at our warehouse. Shippido is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect parcel information.

10. Consolidation and Splitting of Parcels
10.1. You may request the consolidation or splitting of parcels for an additional fee.

10.2. The first four weeks of warehousing are free for small quantities of items. Thereafter, charges may apply based on the space occupied and the warehouse used.

10.3. Business clients may be charged for warehousing depending on the space required. Business customers must also provide tracking numbers for unique identification of incoming parcels.

11. Returns Policy
11.1. Due to the nature of international shipping, returns are currently not supported. Customers must identify wrong items before forwarding them to avoid issues. Inspection services are available to assist with this.

12. Business Customers
12.1. Business customers may use our services in the same way as individual customers. Please contact us at info@shippido.com for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

13. Marketing and Customer Service
13.1. Shippido is responsible for marketing and customer service. Payments are forwarded to logistic partners on a one-to-one basis.

14. Jurisdiction and Legal Matters
14.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Korea. All disputes will be resolved under Korean law, regardless of where the customer is located.

15. Modifications to Terms
15.1. Shippido reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

15.2. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
